Privacy Policy

1. Who we are & scope

Stallgame is the independent publishing name used to operate stallgame.com and publish our games and apps. It is not currently a registered company. In this policy, “Stallgame,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent publisher operating under that name. This policy covers that website and the game Chai Stall: Brew, Serve & Smile (“Chai Stall”). Future apps and games will have their own privacy information where their practices differ.

2. Website information

The current website presents game information, artwork, screenshots, and download links. It does not include account registration, a contact form, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. Its own code does not set cookies or save visitor information in browser storage.

When this website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting-related processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you follow an app-store or other external link, that service’s privacy practices apply to your visit there.

3. Game progress on your device

Chai Stall supports offline gameplay and saves your progress on your device. This includes the progress used by gameplay features such as personal bests, daily streaks, and ingredient supplies.

Local progress is separate from any information an online service may process. Offline gameplay does not by itself mean that connected advertising or other app services collect no information.

To check whether advertisements can be loaded, the app sends a short internet-connectivity request to a Google-hosted endpoint. The request does not include your saved game progress. As with other network requests, the receiving service can receive technical connection information such as your IP address.

The app does not use accounts, cloud saves, or device backup integration. Stallgame does not transfer your saved gameplay information off your device or collect gameplay analytics. The app has no separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Information processed by Google AdMob is described separately below.

4. Advertising & other app services

Chai Stall uses Google AdMob for advertisements after completed rounds and optional rewarded advertisements that can double the ingredients from your latest purchase. Round-completion advertisements appear during navigation from the results screen, outside active gameplay and tutorials. Advertisements require an internet connection.

Chai Stall uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Google processes information through this SDK for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Google’s published SDK disclosures describe IP addresses (which can indicate general location), device or platform identifiers, app and advertisement interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. The information processed depends on the platform, SDK version, configuration, and applicable privacy settings.

The app requests non-personalized advertisements. For live advertisements, it uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information, display a consent form when required, and allow ad requests only when UMP reports that they are permitted. Gameplay continues without advertisements when requests are not permitted.

Non-personalized advertisements still involve advertising-related processing, including measurement and fraud prevention. Requesting non-personalized ads does not replace the consent checks described above.

5. Support communications

If you contact Stallgame by email, your message may include your email address, the contents of your request, and any information you choose to attach. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue you report.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a support message.

Support correspondence, including your email address, message contents, and any attachments, is retained for one year.

6. Sharing, service providers & processing locations

Google AdMob, together with its consent tools, is the app’s only third-party advertising integration. It processes information associated with advertising as described above and in Google’s privacy disclosures. The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages; when used, its hosting-related processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These services may process information outside your country of residence. Saved gameplay progress is kept on your device and is not transferred by Stallgame.

Stallgame does not collect or sell your saved gameplay information, and does not sell the information you send us for support. This does not mean that AdMob processes no information: its advertising-related processing is described above.

7. Retention & deletion

Your saved gameplay progress is stored on your device. Stallgame does not keep a server-side copy, provide cloud saves, or integrate with device backups. Clearing app data or removing the app may remove your local progress, depending on your device’s behavior.

Stallgame retains support correspondence for one year. Information processed by Google AdMob or the hosting provider is subject to those providers’ retention practices; the one-year support period does not apply to their records.

Uninstalling an app does not automatically delete information already processed by an online provider. That information is subject to the provider’s retention practices and available deletion procedures.

8. Your choices & privacy requests

You can choose whether to watch optional rewarded advertisements. When Google’s consent system requires a privacy-options entry point, the app shows Privacy choices in Settings so you can revisit the available choices. Changing those choices discards cached ads, and subsequent requests use the updated privacy decision.

Your device may also provide app-permission and advertising-privacy controls. The app does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency authorization.

Depending on where you live and the information being processed, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can send privacy questions or requests to sdssv1245@gmail.com.

9. Children’s privacy

Chai Stall is intended for players of all ages, and Stallgame does not impose a minimum age for gameplay. The game does not use accounts, send saved gameplay information to Stallgame, or collect gameplay analytics.

Because the app includes Google AdMob, advertising-related information is handled separately from saved gameplay progress. A parent or guardian with questions about privacy can contact sdssv1245@gmail.com.

10. Security & policy updates

Saved gameplay information remains on your device. Information processed by advertising and hosting providers is handled through their systems and the practices described in their privacy policies. No method of transmitting or storing information can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
